I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds, plus we enjoyed a great view of the Matterhorn. The service was good overall, but there were some issues with communication. The location was fantastic with easy access to public transportation, and the dining experience was satisfying with a delicious Swiss breakfast. The facilities were adequate for our needs.
